The Dallas Stars beat the Anaheim Ducks at Anaheim’s Honda Center 4-0 last night. Steve Ott, Jere Lehtinen, and Brendan Morrow scored Power Play goals. Loui Eriksson netted his first career playoff goal on the man-advantage as well.
Marty Turco recorded his fourth playoff shutout, stopping 23 shots. Anaheim continued its rough ways, racking up 11 penalties. Dallas ended with 7.
The Sharks took the second of back-to-back games and evened their series with the Flames at 1-1. Evgeni Nabokov got 21 saves for his sixth career playoff shutout. Calgary topped the Ducks with 12 penalties, however, Miikka Kiprusoff only let one Power Play goal in. Joe Pavelski and Torrey Mitchell were the goal getters for San Jose.
